First, are your lists REVIEW= OWNER, SUBSCRIPTION= OPEN,CONFIRM?
Regardless (the barn door was open) AND if I understand your circumstances -- since LISTSERV is not the vehicle (intermediary) that is deliverying the email, how can it be used to stop the delivery? e.g.,
From: spoofed_address
To: your_list
BCC: any_userid@host
since LISTSERV doesn't provide the pathway to any_userid@host, it can't stop the delivery.
