Thank you, Paul, this is useful information.  Some of it seems a bit
contradictory to me, but then I don't know anything about webpage design,
nor exactly how the LISTSERV web page stuff works.  That's what the new
person, who has worked as a professional webpage designer, will be for.
She doesn't know LISTSERV webpage stuff, but she can learn.  Her headache,
not mine.  ;-)  I don't care much about "look and feel," only that it works
with a basic, text only browser, like mine.

Anyway, some useful stuff I can pass on to her.  Thank you.
