It matters not how much storage space you have, nor how fast your
system is. Unneeded, heedless, excess quoting in replies is precisely
that; garbage.  It impedes imediate delivery and makes trash of the
archives.  It isn't a question of how fast your system is nor how much
storage capacity you have, it is about the useability of the list and
its archives.  I don't care how much storage space you have nor how fast
your system is: excess quoting degrades the end product.  Douglas
