1) are you doing a REPLY "OK xxxxxx" back to the LISTSERV
   or doing some other nethod of approval (like RESEND/FORWARD/
   BOUNCE)
 
2) are you using your [log in to unmask] userid or
   one of your other owner userids to (try to) do the
   approval (only the first first work)?
