I haven't been able to find any information on



<email address> ip     has been blocked for the day, for  attempting to send
too many messages containing content judged to be spam by the internet
community



Taking it at face value, a list member has sent a bunch of what is likely
spam to the list, and Listserv is temporarily suspended  for that person.



More info would be helpful!
