I suspect someone's been trolling the list I manage for email
addresses.  I'm  beginning to investigate this possibility systematically,
and a small question has come up:

I had set review=owner (in a previous version). The list is presently run
on ver. 1.8e,  and I notice the latest manual  has review=ownerS.  Is the
plural s needed for the command to work properly? tia -  ed
