Some days ago I received the file LISTSERV TIPS. This is a very fine
document that will "outline the procedures necessary for managing
and supporting the popular electronic mailing list magangement software
LISTSERV". You can get this document from LISTSERV@BITNIC (tell listserv
at bitnic get listserv tips). This document is some 28 pages long, very
friendly written (not too technical).
