Yes, I have just set all my *@*hotmail.com subscribers NOMAIL after
receiving bounces all weekend. Today, I just started getting "Why did I
get set to NOMAIL?" messages from them. Some subscribers just
unsubscribed themselves altogether.

I've been toying with the idea of refusing free e-mail service
subscriptions, but not seriously. Even services people pay for (including
the one I pay for) go down once in a while.
