You've got *TWO* subscriber-related problems:
- one subscriber is "bouncing" all ALBANEWS messages back to the list,
creating a "loop",
- a different subscriber's E-mail system seems to have detected
the "duplicate" postings, and is refusing to pass them to the subscriber.
Cure the first problem, and the second should go away.
