I understand that when a new list is created, its initial Confidential=
value will determine whether the list is shown publicly in the global list
database.  However, if the Confidential= setting is later changed, does
the listserv automatically inform the global list databse about that
change?  Or must the list-owner manually send e-mail to L-Soft to inform
them of the changed status?  How does this work?
