The problem is that 'listserv' can't be used as a LISTSERV postmaster,
since all mail sent to 'listserv' is routed via lsv_amin to LISTSERV
itself.  You need to use another address to manage the server, for
instance perhaps 'lsvmaint' or something like that.  In essence what
you've done is set up a loop.
