The way I do it is like this...I create an html webpage. I open it in
Internet Explorer. Then I highlight the entire page (Ctrl A). Then I go
into Outlook, create a new memo, and paste into it. Then I hit send.

There is no great trick to it. You cannot send HTML via the web interface.
Use Outlook or Outlook Express, or any other email program that will allow
you to create HTML email. Create your email and send to the list.
