To keep your list private, set * Review= Owner so that only owners can
issue the command.  I frankly don't see why it's anybody's business what
the contents of my header are, and I wish there was a way that users
had some sort of limited review ability in order to deal with some
problems they may have signing off (when the list sends back help
messages automatically).  People are already selling lists of
e-mail addresses for people with certain interests; I don't want
anybody spamming my subscribers.
