Hi folks!
 
For all of this talk about starting lists, are there any LISTSERVers out
there that are typically open to the creation of new lists?  I have given
some thought to creating two lists in areas which I do not see as having
been covered by existing lists, but I have not the foggiest notion as to
what LISTSERVers might be willing to host a list managed by a user from
an unaffiliated site whose machine does not run the LISTSERV software.
