Moshe,
LISTSERV manual calls it self-moderation scheme:
Send=Editor,Hold
Editor=Editor_e-mail_address,(LISTNAME)
Where you put the real e-mail address of the editor and replace LISTNAME
with your list name ... It makes all list subscribers list editors.
Any subscribers post directly to the list, non-subscribers goes to the
editor, in this case for "OK" approval ... It works perfectly ...
Note this will add "approved-by: " lines in the headers ... One if from
a subscriber and 2 if you OK a post from a non-subscribers ... The down
part is that you cannot differiante between non-subscribers and users
set to REVIEW ...
