The first is by Lisa Covi formerly of the BITNIC (CREN) and can be found
on LISTSERV@BITNIC and @UBVM, and the last by Jim Gerland of U of Buffalo
(LISTSERV@UBVM)
Other "helps" include frequent discussion on LSTOWN-L, and sometimes
LSTSRV-L (and even HELP-NET if the archives have been "refreshed").
LDBASE-L will assist with DATABASE Search questions. I'm sure you'll
want to check out the various files on NETINFO (LISTSERV@BITNIC).
