Not sure what you really mean here.  LISTSERV's WWW interface already provides
access to message archives on a per-message basis regardless of the actual
file storage format (weekly/monthly/yearly).  If you want to see a whole
months worth of messages in a single (huge) file this seems like a step
backwards.
