To all:

I received a contact today from AOL about problems CharityChannel's
AOL-based subscribers have experienced getting mail to their AOL
accounts. They faxed me a one-sheet "Solicited Mail Guidelines" sheet,
which outlines the terms under which AOL will add sending IP addresses to
their "do not block" list.

Has anyone here had experience working with AOL on these guidelines?

Thanks!
