Listserv automatically rejects a message that appears to be a
duplicate of a message already processed, which it determines by
comparing the actual text of the message.

However, Listserv should not consider signature files in that
determination. I had a flub with one of my signature files today and
re-sent a message by mistake. (Yes, me, a listmanagerboy.) Listserv
dutifully considered the two messages different, though they differed
only in signature file, and sent out both. This ought to be fixed.
