Personally, I have always thought that the host name the GAO uses
for sending the errors is highly apt, VIPER .  It generally seems
to live up to it's name.
 
And one wonders why the GAO, which tries to tell everyone else what is
wrong with what they doing, has such a trouble prone system, has for
years, and they don't seem to listen to gripes (at least, not mine).
