I have my own mail server (for my personal mail) Because of Earthlink's
insistance that a major amount of spammers use dynamically assigned IP
addresses, they will bounce my personal mail. I've written them and their
response was "get a static IP address and MAYBE we won't bounce you any
more". My cable service is through Charter, so I guess it's the block of
addresses owned by Charter that they are blocking.
