This is a temporary problem (as far as I can tell, having
just done NSLOOPUP and checking the SMTP port, things
now appear OK.)
 
If final delivery attempt ("time out") is unsuccesful
after FIVE days, you should then be notified.
 
Of course since 5'days worth of distribution will have
been sent, then they too would probably suffer/succeed
the same.
