Hi,
  My list (on MAELSTROM) is having a major delay in postings, like they'll
be sent, you'll be sent a copy and the confirmation but nobody else gets it
until a few days later, and then you get another copy.  Is this being
worked on right now? Also, hotmail users are getting posts that they got
days ago again.
