We use Notesmail 4.6.X here at GSA, but our internet mail goes out through
a special notesmail to internet gateway. We have no problem with
listserv mail.
One thing you could do is to get her to send you a plain message and for
you to look in the header to see what her return address is. I bet she
sends mail under a different name than she receives it and hence cannot
post.
