There are two principle lists that discuss the operation
of LISTSERV:
 
LSTOWN-L -- for list-owners
 
LSTSRV-L -- for LISTSERV-maintainers
 
Both are hosted at SEARN.SUNET.SE.
 
Though some owners are maintainers, I would dare say that
most owners are NOT maintainers.  Thus maintainer questions
should be directed to the maintainer list LSTSRV-L (which
also happens to be Usenet newsgroup bit.listserv.lstsrv-l).
