One does not follow from the other:  we have a campus parking
announcement broadcast list that sometimes has multiple daily posts
especially during the summer when most parking lot changes takes
place.  It is quite sufficient to receive a daily digest, esp. in MIME
format, so that it can be nicely indexed for perusal.
