The correct syntax for an address change by the list owner or site admin is

 CHANGE LISTNAME old_address new_address

You can substitute '*' (matches anything) for the LISTNAME, so you get

 CHANGE * old_address new_address

Note that NAME/FULL_NAME is not part of this. That remains as-is.

If you need to add a password for commands by email, then:

 CHANGE * old_address new_address PW=xxxxxxx

Or, if you use the command line in the WWW interface then you don't need to
enter your passsword because any commands by WWW are already authenticated
(when you logged in, or by the LISTSERV login cookie stored in your browser).

Changing NAME/FULL_NAME is harder.
