Hello Everyone,
 
I am a new listowner and a month ago, just made our LISTSERV server part of the
backbone network.  With that, I've noticed several mails from other Listserv
lists queing in the server for local distribution.  That comes as no surprise
as I expected that.
 
The problem is, there are several addresses from these network mails that
are queuing up for days and some could pass for permanent errors.  Is there
a way I can control this?
