One AOL/Gardens subscriber has been having trouble downloading and opening
Gardens digests.

I asked for some samples, and the problem digests seem to be a garbled mix
of private messages, Gardens digests, digests from other mailing lists, and
odd HTML formatting.  This started in August and occurs in spurts...a rash
of bad digests two weeks ago and at least 3 more this week.  One download
attempt locked up the computer.

Subscription options are: Digest, Fullhdr, Norepro, Noack.

In their mind, unsubscribing from Gardens is the next step to try to solve
the problem.  Are there any other options/solutions?
