We discovered the following at the top of the file-- =035, which isn't a
control code, I don't think (an octal?). A continuation code? But we
got rid of it, PUT the file from a different account, and it worked.
I've heard from others who have had the same problem... random rejections
of passwords while putting a series of files on the list.
