Isn't the IAF.NET discussion more appropriate to SPAM-L?  Now that
owners here are alerted to the existence of a name lookup server the
other aspects could be discussed there.
 
   We have been discussing with IAF and on SPAM-L a policy for lists
which are Review= Private (I don't see Review= Public as a real
issue).  I've posted IAF's response on SPAM-L.  (index spam-l to
[log in to unmask] and get latest notebook if you haven't
been subscribed before).
