Another step you can take to protect your newsletter from this kind
of problem is to set the Daily-Threshold, and possibly the Prime
keyword. If you will never post more than once a day, setting the
Daily-Threshold=1 will prevent further posts. If you only post once a
week on a given day, set a prime so that mail will be held prior to
that. Note that these should be in _addition_ to, not instead of, the
Confirm, which is your best line of defense.
