It appears to me that the Subject: lines have invalid syntax to be
considered valid topics, and thus fall into the OTHER category. Usually,
topical words don't have special symbols (see the list-owner's manual for
the list of valid symbols). Also, in the vein of 'is the glass 1/2 empty
or 1/2 full,' TOPICS filter messages that you DO want, not what you DON'T
want. So, if your subscriber is set to one or more topics and a message
contains one of those topics, then, the subscriber has that message
distributed to him/her.
