World Wide Words newsletters to some subscribers are bouncing with the
error message "rejected by DCC". I gather that DCC stands for Distributed
Checksum Clearinghouse, an anti-spam system.

Is there a way I can get my newsletter globally whitelisted as opposed to
contacting each ISP individually? The latter is hardly practicable, to
judge from the number of bounces.
