Actually, it did not cure the problem:

1) any email still being requeued at the ISP would still be reflected to
your list

2) any email still being requeued at the ISP would still be reflected to
other lists

i.e., it is possibly still occurring to unsuspecting lists.   Kary hit
the nail on the head -- RoadRunner.
