At the list level, you can add to your Filter list
Filter= also, x@y, a@c, c@d, ...
Filter= m@n, ..., *@MEGAWEBSERVERS.COM.
This will prevent LISTSERV from processing any commands from this address,
which will prevent thsi address from subscribing. However, you probably will
still get a notification from LISTSERV that "a command has been received from
a user that is served off". This can be just as annoying, but since it
includes the address (or at least the domain) in the Subject: line, you can
reliably filter such messages in your own mail client.
As to the Server Admin doing this:
quiet serve [log in to unmask] off drop
it has been done.
