Subject: bloated HTML attachments

Our list has always imposed a tight size limit. Lately, a certain
software company has been promulgating email interfaces that add
incredibly huge HTML versions, full of redundant tags and inefficient
coding. Participants sending messages smaller than 20KB are bouncing off
a 100KB size limit.

If I code Language= NoHTML, will that fix the problem? That is, will the
unwanted HTML part be stripped before the size-limit check, or will the
posts still get rejected?
