Speaking of which...
I've tried this technique in order to avoid sending out the sub_owner
file--since I'm already sending out both a welcome (using a modified
signup file) and a charter (using a modified addreq1 file) it's
redundant. I can't use the sub_owner file for either the charter or
welcome, of course, since it's a linear message--everything lumps
together in one line. But even when I insert .qq to stop it, I still
have the resource utilization info being sent out. Is there some way to
kill the message completely?
