As far as I am aware, you can't hide the OWNER= unless you
make the REVIEW=OWNER.
 
In some possible scenarios I guess you could use an alternative
account that did not uniquely identify the owner e.g., postmaster,
root, abcdef, as long as you had access to those userids to
administer the list.
