Greetings.. are any listserv list hosts other than ICORS having problems
with posts through lists to hotmail/msn susbscribers bouncing???  They
are timing out although a an ICORS listowner did find that one or two of
the ICORS SMPT servers are being blocked because of spam complaints.

I haven't noticed this on yahoo email lists or other email lists, so in
may not be JUST a matter of spam reporting blocking list posts?
