Unfortunately, not.  Part of the problem is that digest subjects aren't
necessarily one-subject to one-post: if there are multiple posts with the
same subject they only appear once in the index.  This all has to do with
adhering to an ancient RFC, which is admirable in a way, but I think it's
time to update the RFC!
