Thanks for all the suggestions. I only have a few to do, so I'll delete and
re-add. I won't do silent since the archives are locked and they'll need to
know to reset their password.

It just seems odd that Listserv, which goes to such lengths to follow the
arcane RFC that says the name part of an email address can be
case-sensitive, provides no case-sensitive means to remove an address.
