Since we moved from VM/CMS to AIX, I see different bounces (that I don't
normally see) -- I don't know if this is due to a change of MAILER, IP
address, or LISTSERV(R) platform-specific code.

In this case, it appears to be a broken MTA at SUNYIT.EDU site, based on
some non-PSU' experience.  Nevertheless, I am seeing intermittant bounces
for various (but not consistent) userids (not all) @HOTMAIL.COM,  Also,
BAD SEQUENCE bounces.  Didn't see any of these when we used L-MAIL on VM.
