I am looking for a way to do the euqivalent of:

        REVIEW listname WITH MAIL NODIGEST
        REVIEW listname WITH MAIL DIGEST

I know I can do it with QUERY but that generates a lot of extra gibberish.
All I want is the addresses.  Any easy solution, or do I have to extract
them from the QUERY output?
