Running NJE 1.8b version
 
If I specify:
 
Subscription= By_owner,Confirm
 
in combination with:
 
Confidential= Service
Service= local
Local= [list of nodes]
 
Then:
      if a subscription request comes in from outside the "local" area,
would/should the "owner" see it.  Phrasing of first line in discussion
of "Service" seems to imply "not" but maybe there is/should-be an 'unless'
for By_owner ?
