Isn't it the _last_ occurrence of a repeated keyword the one
that takes effect? E.g., if you have
Send= private
Send= Editor

isn't it Send= Editor that takes effect?

And, wasn't the problem that Send= Editor did not take
effect because it was written as Send=Editor (no space), in
the problem presented by Betty?

Or is the above all wrong?
