I believe the "document" is, in reality, the accummulated wisdom
of LSTOWN-L, as found in the notebook archives.  Generally, there
is no one answer, since circumstances are frequently very specific.
 
So, when you have a question on some issue that you think might
have been dicussed previously, frequently a search of the notebook
archives will yield various strategies for dealing with it.
 
The hard part is trying to find proper search terms; then
send a SEARCH to: [log in to unmask]
