I have a user on a list who cannot post to the list.  When he attempts
to post he gets the reply from listserv:
 
[log in to unmask] is on the restricted list.
 
and it returns his mail. I can't find what the restricted list is in any
of the documentation.  I certainly haven't restricted him or screened
him. Is there something I'm missing?
