In a "red tape environment", it could be useful to thread together the
three steps: easy to do if you explicitly name the job. Answering to
LISTSERV this way (I'd do it with a procedure as simple as 'OK')

you obtain an easy-to-track sequence:

Subject: AIB-CUR: approval required (24E1AC)
