When a deleted subscriber re-joins, it is very difficult to tell if the
bounces that occur are from before or after the re-join, since the
bounces are not necessarily delivered in real-time. Thus, it is better,
for problem determination purposes, to suspend (NOMAIL) him/her for a few
days in order for the transit / bounce queues to clear -- otherwise, you
might be chasing your tail.
